Terms and Conditions for Employers

By submitting your details via the contact form on Alma Agents (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

"We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Alma Agents, the operator of the Website.

"Employer" refers to any individual, company, or organisation submitting their details for the purpose of hiring Candidates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the acceptance box and submitting your details via the contact form, you confirm that you:

 - Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 - Agree to Our fee structure for successful placements.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit the form.

3. Placement Fees

Employers agree to pay a placement fee of [Insert Fee Structure, e.g., a percentage of the Candidate's first-year salary or a flat fee], which becomes due upon:

 - A Candidate accepting an offer of employment.

 - The Candidate commencing employment.

All fees must be paid within [Insert Payment Terms, e.g., 14 days] of receiving an invoice.

Late payments will incur interest at [Insert Interest Rate, e.g., 4% above the Bank of England base rate].

4. Non-Circumvention

Employers agree not to directly engage or employ any Candidate introduced by Us without notifying Us and paying the applicable placement fee.

Any breach of this clause will result in a penalty of [Insert Penalty Amount, e.g., 150% of the agreed placement fee].

5. Recruitment Process

While We endeavour to match Employers with suitable Candidates, We do not guarantee the suitability, skills, or performance of any Candidate.

It is the Employer's responsibility to conduct necessary background checks and verify the Candidate's qualifications and eligibility to work.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alma Agents, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

 - Any disputes, claims, or damages arising from your employment of a Candidate.

 - Your failure to comply with applicable employment laws or regulations.

 - Any acts, omissions, or misconduct by a Candidate during or after employment.

7. Data Use and Confidentiality

Employers agree to treat all Candidate information received as confidential and use it solely for recruitment purposes.

Candidate information must not be shared with third parties without Our prior written consent.

8. Liability

Alma Agents is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the recruitment process or a Candidate's performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
