**Terms and Conditions for Yachting Services**

**1. Scope of Services**

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all yachting services provided by Alma Agents ("the Provider").

1.2 Services include but are not limited to dry cleaning, taxi bookings, restaurant reservations, tender services, and provisioning as requested by the client.

**2. Fees and Payment**

2.1 Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services provided.

2.2 The Provider will charge a commission on the services sourced and provided. The commission rate will be communicated to the client in advance.

2.3 Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

**3. Liability**

3.1 The Provider acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality or performance of third-party services.

3.2 The Provider is not liable for delays, failures, or damages caused by third-party service providers.

**4. Cancellation and Modifications**

4.1 Requests for cancellations or modifications must be made in writing and may be subject to charges.

**5. Confidentiality**

5.1 All client information shared with the Provider will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
